The digital platform “A80 - Pride of Vietnam” of Hanoi city includes the website at https://a80.hanoi.gov.vn and the mobile application “A80-Pride of Vietnam” as the official information channel, serving the propaganda, guidance, and introduction of activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 taking place in Hanoi; connecting people across the country and international friends on the journey towards history.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , “A80-Proud of Vietnam” is not only a digital platform serving important national events but also a digital cultural product representing the stature, mindset and mettle of the Capital in the new era.
This is not just an electronic information portal, but an “intelligent assistant,” a “companion” for residents and tourists on their journey to learn, experience and live every moment of the commemorative activities in the capital.
“A80-Proud of Vietnam” is built as a centralized, unified and reliable digital information center, updating fully, promptly and accurately all content related to the celebration.
With this platform, people in the country, overseas Vietnamese and international friends can proactively access official information about: Parade schedules; art programs, cultural-historical exhibitions; announcements of event times, traffic, security and medical regulations from authorities; behind-the-scenes information, beautiful images, live TV videos, and the most memorable moments from people everywhere.

The website also integrates social networks to create a space to spread patriotic emotions and connect the community. The cultural identity of Thang Long-Hanoi with a thousand years of civilization is fully expressed through images of symbolic works, traditional art programs and emotional design colors.
