This platform provides more than 22,000 courses, 41,000 skills spanning across fields from finance, technology, leadership, artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis to soft skills for employees.

In 2025, HR Asia continues to apply the TEAM model (Total Engagement Assessment Model) to survey the satisfaction level of Nam A Bank employees based on 3 strategic factors - structure, individual and collective. The award recognizes the participation of hundreds of businesses and thousands of employees participating in the survey to assess the level of employee engagement with the working environment.
