Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival 2025

Saigontourist Group 2025 Food and Beverage Culture Festival introduces to tourists and locals more than 600 delicious dishes selected and refined from all three regions of the country, local products prepared by chefs of 4-5 star hotels, resorts, and restaurants belonging to the Saigontourist Group system in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces and cities across the country.

Northern cuisine is attractive with dishes such as bun thang, La Vong fish cake, Thanh Tri rice rolls, Ho Tay shrimp cakes, Hanoi vermicelli with grilled pork, Hai Phong spicy crab rice noodles, Lang Gau Hung Yen sticky rice cakes, Lang Son sour pho...

The central region has dishes such as Hoi An Cao Lau, Quang noodles with chicken and eggs, Cau Mong roasted veal from Quang; Nam Pho noodle soup, rice, Vi village mussel vermicelli, Hell rice - a famous specialty of Hue that is over 100 years old; Thanh Chuong pickled vegetables from Nghe An, Quang Binh brown rice porridge; Cua chicken with salt; duck pancakes, Phan Thiet vermicelli...
