On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and welcoming the Tri Phai Commune Party Congress, on the morning of August 20, at the Ho Chi Minh President Shrine, comrade Huynh Dam, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, presented the Education Promotion Fund to Tri Phai Commune, Ca Mau Province.

In a solemn atmosphere, comrade Huynh Dam, local leaders and people respectfully commemorated the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh , the genius leader of the Party and the nation. The President Ho Chi Minh Temple in Tri Phai was built during the fierce war years, becoming a sacred symbol, demonstrating the loyalty and steadfastness of the cadres and people here.

Comrade Huynh Dam, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, presented gifts, expressing his wish to further motivate the students to strive to study and practice.

Promoting that tradition, the activity of giving the Scholarship Fund has practical significance, aiming to encourage and support poor students to overcome difficulties, encourage the spirit of learning and spread the tradition of respecting teachers in the community. This is also a strategic step, contributing to improving people's knowledge and nurturing human resources for the locality.

Comrade Huynh Dam and local leaders presented 10 gifts to policy families and disadvantaged households in Tri Phai commune.

At the ceremony, comrade Huynh Dam presented 10 gifts to policy families and poor households (each worth 1 million VND) and 40 scholarships to primary and secondary school students with difficult circumstances who have made efforts to improve their studies (each worth 500 thousand VND), with a total cost of 30 million VND directly mobilized by the comrade.

The representative of Tri Phai commune expressed deep gratitude for the concern of comrade Huynh Dam, affirming that this is a great source of encouragement, helping poor students have more conditions to go to school, reducing the burden on their families, and at the same time strengthening the bond between the People and the Party and the State.
