Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Tan Bang Secondary and High School to meet national standards.

Tan Bang High School was established in September 2016 on the basis of transferring Le Cong Nhan High School to Tan Bang commune and named it Tan Bang High School. In the first year, the school had only 9 classes, 210 students and 27 teachers. In January 2021, Le Hoang Tha Secondary School merged into the school and was named Tan Bang Secondary - High School. Although it was newly established, the school has continuously developed and grown in all aspects. Currently, the school has 74 staff, teachers and employees, including 64 teachers (including 33 secondary school teachers and 31 high school teachers), 8 service staff and 2 managers; 100% of teachers meet and exceed the prescribed standards, many teachers are excellent teachers at the provincial level, and grassroots emulation fighters. The total number of students is more than 1,456, with 36 classes, including 19 secondary school classes and 17 high school classes. Over the past 5 years, the school has been recognized as an Advanced Labor Collective and Excellent Labor Collective, with the high school graduation rate continuously reaching 100%.

Despite investment, the current state of Tan Bang Secondary and High School's facilities has not met the requirements. The school currently has 18 classrooms, 3 laboratories, 2 computer rooms and a number of other functional rooms, which are not enough to meet the teaching needs of more than 1,400 students and the criteria of a national standard school. Teaching equipment is still lacking, many construction items have degraded, and the land area is not guaranteed...
