Thanh Hoa Provincial Association for Promotion of Education in coordination with Vietnam Association for Promotion of Education organized a conference to survey the project.
“NH 10/70 honey purifier” by author Nguyen Manh Hung, a 1/4 disabled veteran in sub-zone 5, Tinh Gia ward, has the function of using a filter membrane to filter impurities (bee carcasses, pollen...).
In terms of operating principles, honey is put into the first tank, the machine stirs and warms it to 40 degrees Celsius, causing water vapor to separate the water in the honey. At the same time, the UV system is exposed to the honey to disinfect but still does not lose the nutritional content and beneficial enzymes. Then the honey is automatically transferred to the cooling tank, oxygenated and stirred to create a system of tiny bubbles that pull impurities to the top. The small amount of honey and impurities that are separated can still be used as food for bees.
According to current standards, the water content in honey after being processed by Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung's machine is much lower than the index of 18.5%. Impurities, even fine substances that are invisible to the eye, are also basically eliminated. After being filtered, the honey is almost not fermented, is more concentrated, and still retains the color of cockroach wings without gradually turning black like before.
