The Ha Giang Literature and Arts Association, along with its members and collaborators, are enthusiastically preparing for this event to spread the spirit: "50 years of Ha Giang Literature and Arts developing with the country".

As for Painter Dam Quoc Kien, he brought his works to the Provincial Literature and Arts Association to prepare for the exhibition displaying and introducing the achievements of 50 Vietnamese and Ha Giang literature and arts with the theme "The rendezvous at the North Pole". He hopes to contribute part of the talent, effort and voice of the young generation of artists to the development of Ha Giang literature and arts.
