(BD) - On the afternoon of April 15, in Quy Nhon City, BIDV Binh Dinh and the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to jointly implement the Program to improve access to banking and financial products and services, in order to promote the development of young entrepreneurs.

After exchanging and discussing, the two sides agreed to cooperate in implementing credit programs and banking services; coordinate in organizing activities to support business capacity building; cooperate in the field of communication and brand development. Every year, BIDV Binh Dinh issues a credit package with preferential lending interest rates applicable to young entrepreneurs and businesses that are members of the Provincial Entrepreneurs Association that meet the loan conditions according to the law and internal regulations of BIDV in each period. The Provincial Entrepreneurs Association introduces and directs its branches, members, and affiliated startup clubs to use banking products and services not limited to the following products and services: Payment accounts, domestic and international money transfers, trade finance, credit, guarantees, etc.

The two sides will coordinate to organize or select, introduce, and invite members and businesses to participate in conferences and seminars organized by the other side to provide information on financial products and services for businesses and young entrepreneurs. Depending on the actual situation, BIDV Binh Dinh will coordinate with the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises to implement training programs or disseminate free knowledge to leaders and staff of small and medium enterprises owned by women on financial operations; support access to technology, update market situations and other appropriate content. The two sides will coordinate to introduce and connect businesses between members of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and BIDV customers; coordinate to organize trade promotion programs, connect businesses through conferences, seminars and other appropriate programs. In addition, the parties will actively communicate with each other about activities, increase exchanges, and participate extensively in activities to build and promote each other's brand image.
