Conference to implement the decision to reorganize Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office

Leaders of Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office awarded decisions to appoint Post Office Directors of communes and wards.

Accordingly, the Board of Members of Vietnam Post Corporation decided that Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office would take over all production and business activities and related resources of Ha Giang Provincial Post Office.

At the same time, the units under Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office include: Regional Post Offices renamed from City and District Post Offices under Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office before reorganization and Regional Post Offices established on the basis of reorganization of City, District and Regional Post Offices under Ha Giang Province before reorganization.

At the conference, Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office also announced decisions on personnel work and the establishment of commune and ward post offices under the Provincial Post Office.

In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Nghiem Tuan Anh, Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office, affirmed that in the new development phase, when Vietnam Post restructures according to a streamlined, modern model, with a 2-level local government, the role of the Commune Post Office becomes especially important. The Commune Post Office Director is not only the representative of the local Post Office brand, but also the bridge to bring services, technology and development opportunities to each person and each village.

He hoped that the comrades who were appointed as Commune Post Office Directors this time would promote the spirit of initiative and personal responsibility, consider the Commune Post Office as a real business unit, linking operational efficiency with their own reputation and income. Understand the area, be close to the people, and coordinate closely with the commune and village authorities to both develop services and participate in solving people's needs in a timely manner.

At the same time, promote digital transformation at the grassroots level, exploit the potential of e-commerce, agricultural logistics and digital services to create new momentum for the local economy.
