To implement Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has developed a draft plan with specific goals, requirements, contents, progress, and implementation methods to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Central Government's policies and orientations on merging some provincial-level units, not organizing at the district level, merging some commune-level units; implementing a two-level local model (party organization, government, and mass organizations) to ensure streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Comrade Nguyen Van Giang, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, deployed the plan of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo and Secretariat.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed ideas to effectively implement Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW. Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested all levels, branches, agencies and units, especially the district level, to uphold the sense of responsibility before the Party and the people, continue to perform well the work of leading and directing socio-economic development, ensuring security, order and social security in the locality; at the same time, step up propaganda, ideological orientation and public opinion, creating consensus among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people of all walks of life.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested all levels, sectors, units, localities, especially the leaders to determine the spirit of determination, determination and belief to successfully implement Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW; thereby promoting propaganda, mobilization, dissemination, creating high consensus and unanimity among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
