National Central Reporters Conference April

(GLO)- On the morning of April 15, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Central Public Security Party Committee to organize the National Conference of Central Reporters for April 2025.

The conference was held in person and online to 63 provinces and cities across the country. Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of central ministries, departments, and agencies and central-level reporters.

At Gia Lai, the conference was chaired by Colonel Pham Huu Truong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police. Also attending were leaders of Gia Lai Newspaper, the Provincial Radio and Television Station, and leaders of professional units of the Provincial Police.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized: The conference is an important, timely, urgent and meaningful activity, contributing to strengthening the coordination between the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Central Propaganda and Education Commission on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Force's Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).

Thereby, it aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and orientation work, contributing to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern public security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation. At the same time, it enhances the pioneering responsibility on the cultural and ideological front of reporters in the public security force.

At the conference, Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Binh Ban - former Director of the Institute of Public Security History (Ministry of Public Security) reported on the 80-year history of the People's Public Security force; Colonel Le Van Huong - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Navy reported on the formation and development of the Navy.
