This year, the Military Technical Academy will enroll 600 students for the civilian system after a 6-year hiatus, with 8 majors: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Construction Engineering. The expected tuition fee for the civilian system is 1.85 million VND/month, equivalent to 18.5 million VND/school year.

The school uses 4 methods: direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; considering excellent high school students with international certificates such as SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL iBT; based on the competency assessment test scores of two National Universities and considering high school graduation exam scores.

Admission combinations include A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English) and A0T (Math, Physics, IT).

Cryptography Academy enrolls 520 students for Information Security, Information Technology and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at its Hanoi campus. Its Ho Chi Minh City campus only enrolls 80 students for Information Security. This year's total enrollment is 600.

Candidates will be awarded 1-2 priority points if they have an IELTS certificate of 5.5 or higher. The Academy announced the tuition fee for 2025 as 525,000 VND/1 credit. Students with high academic achievements during the semester will receive scholarships from the school.

The Military University of Culture and Arts announced the recruitment of 120 full-time university students in the fields of Journalism, Cultural Management, Drama Acting, Cinema - Television, and Performing Arts from intermediate level. The expected tuition fee is 1.91 million VND/month.

Regarding the admission method, the school considers the high school graduation exam scores of the C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography) for Journalism majors. Other majors consider the Literature exam scores combined with two aptitude subjects. The aptitude exam time is July 7-9.

Candidates applying for civilian admission to police and military schools do not have to go through a preliminary selection as for regular public security and military admissions, and will not be assigned a job after graduation.

This year, the Fire Prevention and Fighting University recruits 250 civilian positions in the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue majors through three methods: direct admission, based on academic records and based on high school graduation exam scores.

For graduation exam scores, the expected minimum score is 15. The admission combinations include A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), D01 (Math, Literature, English) and D07 (Math, Chemistry, English). Candidates applying for combination D01 must have a total score of 5 or higher in Physics or Chemistry, in all three years.

For the review of academic records, candidates need to have a score of 5 or higher in each subject group A00, A01 or D07 in grades 11 and 12. However, when calculating the admission score, the school will add the total score of grades 10, 11 and 12 with bonus points (if there are special achievements or foreign language certificates) and priority points.

Estimated tuition fee is 1.85 million VND/month.
