Every year, Duy Tan University awards hundreds of valuable scholarships to students such as: Talent scholarship packages; scholarships for candidates who win provincial/municipal awards; scholarships for advanced and high-quality programs; scholarships for candidates admitted to the school according to admission methods (450 scholarships)... In the 2025 admission season, Duy Tan University continues to award nearly 2,000 scholarships to high school candidates nationwide who register to study at the school.

Similar to Duy Tan University, member universities of Da Nang University also have valuable scholarship policies for excellent new students, increasing the quality of input. For example, this school year, the University of Technology (Da Nang University) plans to award scholarships worth 50-70 million VND to new students who are directly admitted and have achieved high results in national and international excellent student competitions. The top student of the school's entrance exam will receive a scholarship of 40 million VND; the top students of the majors will receive a scholarship of 10 million VND;

Meanwhile, the Vietnam - Korea University of Information and Communications Technology (University of Danang) plans to award admission scholarships to new students this school year, with levels depending on the level. Of which, the school's valedictorian in the 2025 admissions will receive a 100% tuition scholarship for the first 6 semesters (equivalent to 50 million VND); the first runner-up will receive a 100% tuition scholarship for the first 4 semesters (equivalent to 35-40 million VND); the second runner-up will receive a 100% tuition scholarship for the first 3 semesters (equivalent to 25-30 million VND); the top 10 new students with the best achievements (except the valedictorian and salutatorian) will receive a 100% tuition scholarship for the first 2 semesters (equivalent to 20 million VND).

In addition, new students with high achievements in the entrance exam and families with difficult circumstances will receive scholarships of 2 million VND/student...

In particular, at the beginning of the new school year, Danang University often organizes a ceremony to honor valedictorians and award scholarships "Step up students/new students" with many valuable prizes and scholarships. These scholarship policies not only aim to develop the fields of technology, engineering, and artificial intelligence, but also meet the needs of key human resources towards international standards, and are a source of encouragement and inspiration for students to study and be creative on their university journey.

Support students to overcome difficulties and study well

From 2017 to 2018, the University of Technical Education (University of Danang) has continuously awarded the "UTE Challenge" scholarship worth 20 million VND/scholarship to outstanding students with excellent academic achievements. The school also awards the "Support to School" scholarship to support students with difficult circumstances and who make efforts in their studies. These scholarships have partly demonstrated the school's development strategy, which is to prioritize supporting students who overcome difficulties and study well, aiming to improve the quality of training, focusing on developing human resources in key industries...

Having received the “UTE Challenge” scholarship in 2024, Nguyen Thi Ly Na, a former student of class 21MT1, majoring in Environmental Engineering Technology, shared that the support and facilitation of teachers at the University of Technical Education helped Na reach valuable opportunities. The scholarship is the motivation to help Ly Na go further on the path of studying, training, conquering dreams and inspiring the next generations of students of the school.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Le Hung, Principal of the University of Technical Education, the scholarship policies for students have practical significance. This policy not only demonstrates the school's concern and encouragement for generations of students, but also encourages students to constantly strive to realize their dreams. The scholarships will be a source of motivation to help students overcome difficulties, continue to strive and achieve more outstanding achievements in the future.

In addition to school scholarships, universities also cooperate with businesses to award valuable scholarships, which are a foundation for students to conquer their future learning path. These include the Synopsys IC Design Scholarship Program of Synopsys Vietnam; the "Light Your Way" scholarship of Mixel Vietnam Company for students in the field of semiconductor microchips; and the scholarship of Silkroad Hanoi Joint Stock Company for students studying at the University of Technology.

Or recently, alumni of the University of Economics (University of Danang) established the “Good Seeds” scholarship fund to support excellent students with difficult circumstances of the school. Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Huy, Principal of the school said, in response to the hearts of alumni, the school has developed a plan to use the fund effectively and for the right subjects so that disadvantaged students can deeply feel the humanistic meaning and sentiment of previous generations. From there, there will be more motivation and will to strive in studying, training and contributing to society, opening a new journey, where “seeds of knowledge” are cultivated and developed.
