Gia Dinh People's Hospital (HCMC) has just shared adorable pictures of babies born on April 30, 2025 - the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The first cries of life echoed on this special day, marking a new journey full of hope. The hospital gave small gifts to the babies and their families with wishes of peace and health.
Dr. Nguyen Pham Huy Hung, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, shared: "Welcoming the babies born on April 30 is a source of pride for the medical staff. I believe that each cry of the babies is a ray of light for the future."

* Meanwhile, Ms. Duong Thi Dung (32 years old, living in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) was very excited but could not go to the city center to watch the parade because her daughter was still young (5 months old).
She and her friends decided to capture cute images of her child in a red shirt with a yellow star, blending in with the bustling atmosphere of the city.
"I want the photos to be memories, so that later my child will understand that he was born in peace, and was lucky to be present on the city's special holiday," Dung confided.
