To ensure the success of the joint training event, preliminary and final rehearsals will take place on August 21, 24 and 30, before the official celebration and parade are held at 6:30 a.m. on September 2 in the capital. Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh assigned Vice Chairmen of the City People's Committee to resolutely direct the implementation of the assigned tasks of the Subcommittee, proactively develop implementation plans in all situations, and avoid being passive or surprised.
Chairman Tran Sy Thanh assigned Vice Chairman Duong Duc Tuan, Head of the Security and Traffic Subcommittee, to direct the development of a plan to divide and regulate traffic and the flow of people to ensure security and order for the celebration, parade, and marching on the roads and streets where the parade and marching forces pass through; arrange police forces and youth volunteers to ensure security and order at crowded places, gathering places, stands, streets, and LED screen locations to serve the people watching the celebration, parade, and marching, prioritizing top positions for veterans, the elderly, women, and children to watch in accordance with the actual situation.

Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Quyen, Head of the Logistics Subcommittee, directed the implementation of a plan to ensure the supply of necessities (drinking water, dry food, instant cakes), shelter from the rain and sun, and free bus routes for people and tourists, especially the elderly from localities to Hanoi, at the gateways of the capital to monitor the commemorative activities, preliminary rehearsals, general rehearsals and the Commemoration Ceremony, parades, and marches, demonstrating the friendly and hospitable sentiments of the capital, the City for Peace .
Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Quyen directed the People's Committees of wards and communes to propagate and mobilize households in the area to promote good traditional cultural values, elegant, civilized, friendly, hospitable Hanoians, to help and support people and tourists from other localities coming to Hanoi to participate in activities, preliminary rehearsals, general rehearsals and the parade and marching ceremony.
Vice Chairman Truong Viet Dung, Head of the Reception Subcommittee, directed the City People's Committee Office to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports , Department of Tourism and related units to develop and implement a reception plan, organize the reception of delegates attending the anniversary activities, preliminary rehearsal, final rehearsal and the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, and march to ensure solemnity and thoughtfulness.
Directors and Heads of City Departments and Branches are the standing bodies of the Sub-Committees, fully responsible to the Organizing Committee of the Anniversary, Parade, and March for the implementation of assigned tasks; proactively and closely coordinate with other Sub-Committees in the organization and implementation process, ensuring timely service for joint training, preliminary review, general rehearsal, and the Anniversary, Parade, and March.
