"As soon as the information spread, we proactively contacted the person who posted the information to verify and clarify the information, and also to send the person who posted the product's legal documents so that customers can rest assured that this is a genuine imported product. However, we could not contact them," said a representative of Long Chau.
Next, through checking with the digitized system, Long Chau recorded that the person posting the information was not a customer of FPT Long Chau and had never purchased products from the system. Further investigation through information channels revealed that the individual posting this information is currently not in Vietnam.
Because this person is not in Vietnam, has never purchased or researched the product, and does not have complete information, making such statements on social networks is completely baseless, negatively affecting the image and brand of the business as well as the trust of consumers.
Currently, FPT Long Chau has submitted a request to the police to investigate and handle according to the law.
Regarding the product mentioned in the viral post on the internet, FPT Long Chau provided the media with a product declaration receipt issued by the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) and confirmed the quality standards of the Japanese health agency - where the product is manufactured.
"These are genuine products, legally allowed to circulate in Vietnam, with full invoices, labels and legal documents," Long Chau representative emphasized and said that with a receptive spirit, the business has been striving every day to improve, always listening to all comments to continuously improve service quality, strictly comply with legal regulations, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
