On the first day, the working group was present at the Ma Bo Primary School branch to support people in carrying out procedures such as: installing and identifying VNeID level 2, submitting documents on national public services, legal advice on land, marriage, health insurance, social insurance, social benefits, etc.
At the same time, the mobile team also handles some on-site procedures, returns results to people and provides instructions on how to use digital applications, mobile banking, and cashless payments.

Due to the characteristics of remote areas, the mobile team also coordinated to upgrade telecommunications infrastructure from 3G, 4G to 5G. People expressed their excitement at no longer having to travel long distances to complete administrative procedures.

Ta Nang Commune is located about 80km from the center of Lam Dong province, has an area of 258.3km² with more than 13,000 people, of which 80% are ethnic minorities, and has difficult travel conditions.

Mr. Nguyen Vu Linh Sang said that after the mobile team completes its tasks, the operation will be transferred to the community digital technology team. This is a solution to bring administrative reform closer to people and businesses, especially in remote areas where there are many difficulties. Thereby, people can access information and administrative services conveniently, reducing the hardship of having to travel to government agencies.
