Component project 1 - Coastal road of Coastal road and Nhat Le bridge 3 project: Total construction value according to contract reached 51.7%

Component Project 1 - Coastal Road under the Coastal Road and Nhat Le Bridge 3 Project implemented in the former Quang Binh province has a total length of 80km, with a planned completion time of 2026.

Currently, the project is simultaneously implementing the construction of all project packages on the handed-over area of 73.95/80km (reaching 92.4%). Specifically, the contractors have basically completed the construction of bridges, culverts, and drainage works on the handed-over area with the total value of construction contracts implemented to date being 791/1,529 billion VND (reaching 51.7%).

Implementing the direction in Notice No. 1181/TB-VP dated August 11, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Office on the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Phong Phu, at the site inspection on site clearance and construction progress of the project, the Department of Construction directed contractors to urgently complete the work volume within the handed-over site.

At the same time, the construction of the new site will be immediately organized upon handover to ensure the project completion schedule according to the direction plan of the Provincial People's Committee to be completed in 2025. The remaining site is expected to be handed over in September 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, in charge of the construction of the XL-05 package (Son Hai Group Company Limited) said: The construction unit is constructing a 22km section passing through Dong Hoi City, Quang Ninh District and the old Le Thuy District. The unit will focus on completing the construction as soon as the site is handed over.
