On February 22, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province announced that it had reported on the planned auction of the right to use 17 land plots, including 6 plots of land transferred from 2023 and 11 newly added plots. The plots of land planned for auction all have detailed information on the plan, completion of legal procedures as well as the expected time of the auction.
The Long Giao Industrial Park land in the 2023 auction plan was transferred to 2024.
Accordingly, 11 new additional land plots will be auctioned from May to September 2024. Some of the large land plots include: a land plot of nearly 352 hectares in Doi 61 commune (Trang Bom district); a 4.8-hectare iron casting cluster land plot in Tan An commune (Vinh Cuu district); a 2.2-hectare market and market area project land plot in Tam An commune (Long Thanh district).
Auctioned land of 2.1 hectares in Trang Bom town (Trang Bom district).
The land plots included in the 2023 land auction plan include 2 plots in Bien Hoa City, 2 plots in Thong Nhat District, one plot in Trang Bom District and a land plot consisting of multiple plots in Long Thanh District with an area of 77 hectares. The plan will be developed, starting price determined, auction organization selected, notice posted and auction organized from May to November 2024.
Land in Tan Hiep ward is included in the auction plan.
A total of 17 land plots are expected to be auctioned in 2024 with an area of nearly 410 hectares, with an estimated revenue value of more than 7.7 trillion VND.
Land in Tan Hiep ward will be auctioned in 2024.
According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province, in the past 3 years, due to low demand in the real estate market, policies related to investment in commercial housing projects, and many changes in land price consulting methods, the auction of land use rights in Dong Nai province has not met expectations.
Guest House 71 is included in the 2024 auction plan.
To ensure the land use rights auction plan in 2024, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment develops a plan and creates a gantt chart with specific tasks and implementation time for each related unit.
In which, the Department of Construction is responsible for providing planning information and estimated total investment; the People's Committee of the district where the land is located is responsible for registering land use plans and making abridged plans/1/500 plans; the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is responsible for developing auction plans, selecting auction organizations; consulting units determine starting prices, post auction notices, and organize auctions.
