In 2016, after a trip to the Western provinces, Quynh and her husband realized that growing tangerine trees could improve their income, so they decided to buy seeds for production.

"With available capital and loans, the family converted 1 hectare of bananas to grow tangerines. After improving the land, we installed a water-saving irrigation system and planted the seeds.

In the early days, due to lack of experience, the family encountered many difficulties in growing tangerines. Therefore, the couple had to go to tangerine gardens in the area to learn and grasp knowledge and production techniques," Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh shared.
