With a democratic and frank spirit, at the meeting, voters of Nhu Thanh district requested the Government, ministries and branches to pay attention and make recommendations to competent authorities to support funding for investment in the construction of National Highway 45 to avoid Ben Sung town; invest in renovating and upgrading the section through Hai Long commune; and have a plan to handle the situation of water flow congestion causing prolonged flooding due to the impact of the construction of the road from Thanh Hoa city to Tho Xuan airport (section through Xuan Du commune).

Propose that the National Assembly and the Government study and consider extending the time limit for extremely disadvantaged communes that have achieved 19 criteria for a new rural commune to continue enjoying a number of regimes and policies (especially support for students' learning) for another 1 to 2 years; study to improve the salary regime for commune-level officials and civil servants; consider and increase the support level for beneficiaries of the Project to support the development of community production for breeding buffaloes and cows under the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021-2025. Consider and promptly allocate development investment capital under the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021-2030 so that the projects can be completed on schedule.

Voters of Trieu Son district requested the Government to direct the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to edit a question-and-answer book on the 2024 Land Law so that organizations, businesses and people of all walks of life can have more information and access to the Land Law; at the same time, overcome the situation of slow settlement of land procedures and violations due to misunderstanding of the Land Law.
