“Continuing to pay attention to investing in rural traffic routes, ensuring traffic order and safety in the area; paying attention to implementing vocational training policies, creating jobs for workers…” are the basic issues that voters of Cu M'gar district reflected at the Conference of voters meeting before the 9th Session, 15th National Assembly with the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province on the afternoon of April 10, 2025.

Delegates and voters attending the conference.

Attending the conference were Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet; provincial National Assembly deputies; representatives of relevant departments and branches, and a large number of voters of Cu M'gar district.

The conference recorded many opinions and recommendations from voters on issues such as: paying attention to investing in rural traffic routes, ensuring traffic safety in the area; focusing on speeding up the progress of granting Land Use Certificates to people; paying attention to implementing vocational training policies, creating jobs for workers, especially young ethnic minorities in the area; having effective solutions to overcome the situation of tractors operating without safety equipment such as lights, signal lights, horns, rearview mirrors... posing a high risk of causing traffic insecurity, thereby minimizing traffic accidents related to tractors in the area...

Voter Tran Thi Canh (Ea Pok town) made a petition.

Regarding the education and training sector, voters reflected that according to the 2018 General Education Program, Foreign Language 1 is only officially taught and required from grade 3. For grades 1 and 2, although it is allowed to be implemented in an optional form, organizing foreign language teaching still faces many difficulties due to the lack of qualified teachers, facilities and supporting budget. Meanwhile, the need for children to learn foreign languages early is very large and in line with the current trend.

Therefore, voters propose that the National Assembly, the Government and the Ministry of Education and Training consider the policy of making Foreign Language 1 an official subject, with budget support from grades 1 and 2 in the general education program. In addition, attention should be paid to allocating funds, investing in facilities, and training qualified teachers, especially in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, so that foreign language teaching for primary school students can be implemented synchronously and effectively.

Voter Vu Le Mai (Quang Phu town) made a petition.

Voters of Cu M'gar district also highly appreciated the policy of streamlining the administrative apparatus to improve the efficiency of the political system. At the same time, it is recommended that in the process of restructuring the apparatus, it is necessary to develop specific policies to support non-professional workers after the merger, such as having a mechanism to arrange new suitable jobs in the political system; having policies to support finance, social insurance, job conversion training... when restructuring and organizing the apparatus; recommending to strengthen supervision, have sanctions and specific instructions to ensure transparency and fairness in the process of restructuring and rotating cadres...

Voters' opinions and recommendations were directly responded to by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, leaders of departments, branches and Cu M'gar district with basic content that met voters' requirements.

Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of voters, and directly explained and clarified a number of issues that voters were concerned about.

Regarding opinions that are within the jurisdiction of departments, branches and localities, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet requested relevant units to seriously absorb, review and re-examine to promptly resolve them for voters. For opinions and recommendations that are beyond the jurisdiction of the provincial National Assembly, the National Assembly Delegation will fully synthesize them to report to the National Assembly and the Central Ministries and branches in the next session.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice Ngo Trung Thanh reported to voters on the program and expected content of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
