As a key commune in agricultural development, Dinh Hoa is one of the early units to introduce mechanization and apply science and technology into synchronous, modern and effective agricultural production. The commune has planned concentrated production areas and issued many mechanisms and policies to stimulate demand for people and businesses to develop. The commune has 7 chili and rice export growing areas that have been granted area codes; 6 production areas meet VietGAP standards. Many households have boldly introduced new crops and livestock with high economic value into concentrated production, building greenhouses and net houses. Many types of crops and livestock have become key products of the locality, with economic value many times higher than traditional agricultural production. Typical are chili for export, cucumber, bitter melon, cantaloupe, fruit trees, aquaculture, pigs, chickens... The commune has 13 livestock farms, many of which are linked with large enterprises such as JaFa, Phu Gia...

The outstanding mark of the past term is the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development. The program has truly changed the face of the homeland in the direction of light - green - clean - beautiful - safe; the infrastructure system has been invested in spaciously. Many new rural models have spread widely, contributing to building livable villages. The commune has 2/4 units recognized as advanced new rural communes, 1 commune has completed 19/19 criteria for advanced new rural communes and has been appraised by superiors; 4 3-star OCOP products.

Following the direction of the province, provincial departments and branches, Dinh Hoa commune has promoted digital transformation and administrative reform, attracting investment. The total capital mobilized and used for development investment in the area is estimated at 1,976 billion VND. 92 projects were invested in construction from the State budget. The transportation system has been upgraded and newly built synchronously. The commune has 3 industrial clusters including: Dinh Cong Industrial Cluster 19.4ha; Dinh Hoa Industrial Cluster 70ha; Dinh Thanh Industrial Cluster 40ha and is continuing to call for attracting investors.

Especially the Phu Nhi Festival - the ceremony of the Holy Mother Queen Mother Ngo Thi Ngoc Dao and the national historical and cultural relic Dien Thua Hoa and Tu Duong Phuc Quang - the place to worship Chinh Quang Thuc Queen Mother Ngo Thi Ngoc Dao - the mother of King Le Thanh Tong. In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the commune sets out 11 economic targets, 9 socio-cultural targets, 3 targets on the environment and food safety, 1 target on national defense - security, 2 targets on Party building and 4 key programs, 2 breakthroughs. Among them, the basic targets are: The average annual growth rate of total product value in the area is 11%. The average income per capita by 2030 will reach 107 million VND. Concentrate and concentrate on large-scale agricultural production applying high technology, developing key products and expanding the market, improving the quality of recognized OCOP products. Strive for the whole commune to have 6 OCOP products achieving 3 stars or more. Focus on building a general plan, ensuring quality.
