Construction of the project to upgrade and expand District Road 27 (section from National Highway 27 to Co Chien River), An Thuan commune.

This is a project under the National Target Program on New Rural Construction (phase 2021 - 2025) in Ben Tre province; capital structure according to Resolution No. 01/2022/NQ-HDND dated July 13, 2022 of Ben Tre Provincial People's Council.

The project is invested by Thanh Phu District People's Committee. This is a level V traffic project in the delta, group C. This route is 4,120m long (the starting point is National Highway 57, the end point is Ben Trai ferry terminal on Co Chien River); the roadbed is 7.5m wide, the asphalt surface is 6m wide. Completion time is in the first quarter of 2026. Total investment capital is 16.5 billion VND.

Vice Chairman of An Thuan Commune People's Committee Pham Ngoc Khanh shared: "The project has reached over 70% of the project volume. During the construction process, the Commune Community Supervision Board actively monitored and supervised to ensure the project achieved quality, technical standards and ensured the construction time according to plan."
