At the conference, the decision of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies on ending the activities of the Party Committee of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council was announced; at the same time, the decision to establish the Provincial People's Council Party Committee was announced.

According to the decision, the Provincial People's Council Party Committee is directly under the Provincial Party Committee, consisting of 38 Party members. The Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term consists of 7 comrades, the Party Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term consists of 3 comrades. Comrade Dang Thanh Giang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary. Comrade Vu Ngoc Tri, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee.

Speaking at the conference, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated the Provincial People's Council Party Committee and requested the Party Committee to promptly issue and strictly implement the working regulations. The comrades assigned and appointed to hold positions in the Executive Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee promptly approached the work, ensuring that the tasks were carried out continuously and without interruption. Along with that, the Party Committee needs to closely follow the plan of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to focus on leading, directing and guiding the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring the right time and quality according to regulations.
