Preparing to organize the Conference on connecting the supply chain of import-export goods and e-commerce in Tay Ninh province in 2025

At the meeting, the Department of Industry and Trade reported on the implementation progress, organization budget, content of the signed memorandum of understanding (MOU), introduction trailer and identity of the conference. Departments and branches discussed and contributed ideas on the organization stages, focusing on the propaganda and promotion of the conference, supporting local businesses to connect with domestic and foreign businesses, as well as plans to ensure security and order.

Speaking at the meeting, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh requested the Department of Industry and Trade to supplement detailed plans, report on budget estimates, and update information on telecommunications service providers to ensure online connectivity. The conference script needs to clearly assign people in charge of each content to ensure the program is successful.

At the same time, he suggested that the Department of Industry and Trade coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to give comments and adjust the identity and introduction trailer to suit the characteristics of the province; proactively provide information to the press to promote propaganda work before, during and after the conference.

The "Conference on connecting the supply chain of import-export goods and e-commerce in Tay Ninh province in 2025" is expected to be organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in coordination with the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province at Thong Nhat Hall on September 6, 2025.

The conference is an opportunity to meet and directly connect businesses in the province with foreign import businesses, promote the province's export development; promote trade, connect trade, expand markets between e-commerce businesses, logistics businesses, distribution systems, and business associations inside and outside the province. Through the conference, product brands and the investment environment of Tay Ninh province are also promoted to the domestic and foreign business community.

The conference is expected to be held in person and online to a number of foreign markets; with the participation of more than 600 delegates including leaders of central ministries and branches; representatives of diplomatic agencies, international organizations and representatives of associations, unions and businesses inside and outside the province.

The conference will have 2 main sessions. Session 1 introduces opportunities for connecting goods, export market opportunities, development trends of the world market, Halal export market; connecting logistics enterprises in export. Session 2 shares with enterprises and associations about accessing foreign markets and investment.

In addition, the conference also organized field survey teams at enterprises, synthesizing supply chain connection needs/export and import needs of enterprises, etc./.
