* Project DT.287, Hoan Son section to the intersection of the northern approach road of Phat Tich - Dai Dong Thanh bridge (Kinh Duong Vuong bridge), route km5+00 - km8+650 (Tien Du), invested by the Management Board of Transport and Agriculture Projects, is scheduled to be completed and put into use by the end of 2025. The contractor is focusing on implementing the construction of 2 packages No. 5 and No. 6 of the sections with available land; the total construction output is about 13.5%. Currently, the project has handed over and temporarily handed over 3,174/3,650m of land; there is about 0.476 km of land that has not been handed over due to a part of the residential land and agricultural land area (expected to be protected during construction); the location of the ancestral tomb, Phat Tich gas station, the section through the Phat Tich commune charity center and clean water pipes, high voltage electricity...

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan inspected the current status of the DT.287 site (Tu Son city)

Directly inspecting the section of the route with land clearance problems at the location of the Phat Tich gas station, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan criticized the investor and the locality for not being proactive and determined in implementing the tasks, causing the project to be behind schedule. He requested that the compensation plan be approved by May 10 at the latest, and that the site clearance for the gas station and the Huong Thien Center be completed by May 20. Regarding the relocation of the water pipeline, the Provincial Center for Clean Water and Environment was requested to immediately construct and use project funds for implementation; issues beyond its authority should be consulted with the Provincial People's Committee. Particularly for the ancestral grave area, continue to mobilize people's support.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction and Tien Du district to coordinate in reviewing the detailed planning location and zoning plan, researching the optimal solution in the direction of meeting the people's wishes; within 1 month, the relocation must be completed. For the remaining 3 agricultural land households, compensation must be paid to the people by May 20 at the latest. At the same time, the investor is required to urge the contractor to immediately organize the construction when the site is handed over, striving to complete the project in accordance with the signed contract (December 31, 2025).

* Project DT.287, the section from Trung Nghia commune (Yen Phong) to Dong Nguyen ward (Tu Son city) has a total route length of 6.5 km, invested by the Management Board of Transport and Agriculture Projects. The starting point is at km0+00 intersecting with DT.286 at km10+850, in Trung Nghia commune (Yen Phong); the end point is at km 6+500, at Trinh Xa drainage canal connecting with Hoang Quoc Viet road project, Dong Nguyen ward, Tu Son city. The total investment is more than 351,829 billion VND. The contractor is urgently constructing the sections with available land at locations km1+73.06 -km1+790.36; Completed construction of box culverts at km1+073, km1+504.86, km1+775.46, km 1+800, km2+308.66, km0+323.3 and km3+378; continued organic dredging of construction sites on the Yen Phong side; completed construction of the substructure of abutments M1, M2; pillars T1, T2; completed pouring the deck of the Ngu Huyen Khe river overpass... The implementation value reached 15.36% of the contract value.

Currently, the construction site is blocked in many locations in Yen Phong district and Tu Son city, greatly affecting the project's progress.

Inspecting the site in Dong Nguyen ward (Tu Son city), Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan highly appreciated the spirit of participation of Tu Son city; the Management Board of Transport and Agriculture Projects has proactively implemented, however, the progress has not yet met the requirements.

DT.287 (Tien Du) urgently constructs the section with available land

After listening to the report on difficulties and obstacles, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Management Board of Transport and Agriculture Projects to coordinate with Tu Son City to study and implement a plan to support rice-growing land in the area that has been compensated in the first phase, and must be handed over to the construction unit no later than May 7. For the area that has been compensated in the second phase, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will issue a written response and provide specific instructions for the opinions of the Management Board of Transport and Agriculture Projects.

The investor must closely monitor and urge the contractor to immediately construct the locations where the site is available, striving to construct the entire route simultaneously by mid-June 2025; thoroughly grasp and control the contractor's capacity and support and calculate solutions to solve difficulties related to lack of materials.

* Project TL.277, the section through Yen Phong district from km0+00 to km3+680 under the form of Build - Transfer (BT) contract, with Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company as the investor. Up to now, the main route has been basically completed and put into use, except for the section km2+150- km2+530 that has not been cleared due to the households in Binh An village, Dong Tho commune; branch line 1 section km1+473 - km1+579 is stuck with residential land in Binh An village, Dong Tho commune, and Man Xa village, Van Mon commune has not yet handed over the site to the investor for construction.

Directly inspecting the site of land clearance in Dong Tho commune, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan requested Yen Phong district to focus and make the greatest effort to determine the unit price of 50 households still stuck with land clearance by May 10 at the latest, in a way that creates the most favorable conditions for the people within the framework of legal regulations; by May 15, the approval plan must be completed. At the same time, Yen Phong district was requested to organize dialogues and mobilize people to reach consensus so that the site clearance can be completed by June 15. The investor has a document requesting the policy to extend the project implementation time, striving to open the entire route on September 2, 2025.
