The Party awareness training course had 33 outstanding people participating. Students were given basic knowledge about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the Platform for national construction during the transition period to socialism; the basic content of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam and strived to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The training course lasted from August 19 to 23.

For the political theory training class for new party members, 10 party members participated. Party members were equipped with the most basic and core theoretical knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; basic content of national independence associated with socialism and the path to socialism; Platform for national construction through the periods... The new party member training class lasted from August 19 to 25.
