Delegates attending the conference at the Ministry of Industry and Trade
At the meeting, the Ministry of Industry and Trade listened to reports from the provinces on the implementation status, difficulties and problems related to the relocation of electrical infrastructure affected by important national projects and key projects in the transport sector. Accordingly, the localities all implemented the project on schedule as set by the Government, regularly grasped the actual difficulties that arose to report to the Steering Committee for timely handling.
In Dak Lak province, the Dak Lak Provincial Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Projects (hereinafter referred to as Board A) implementing Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1 has completed the relocation of electrical infrastructure including: 0.4Kv power line: 7/7 locations (3,020.9m/3,020.9m); 22Kv power line: 39/39 locations (4,655.4m/4,655.4m); 110KV power line: 01/01 location (740m/740m); 500Kv power line: 0/01 location (0m/1,000m).
Comrade Luu Van Khoi - Director of Department of Industry and Trade discussed the Dak Lak province bridge point
Ea Kar district has completed the relocation of electrical infrastructure, specifically: 12/12 locations (774m/774m) of 22kv power lines; 07/07 locations (414m/ 414m) of 0.4kv power lines.
Cu Kuin district has completed the relocation of electrical infrastructure, specifically: 12/12 locations: 1,346m/1,346m of 22kV power line, completed the relocation of 110kV power line.
Krong Pac district has completed the relocation of electrical infrastructure, specifically: 15/15 locations (2,535.4/2,535.4m) of 22kV power lines; 18/18 locations (2,561.9/2,561.9m) of 0.4kV power lines; 4/4 transformer stations; 0/01 location (0m/1,000m) of 500Kv power lines; Residential and low-voltage power lines: Relocation has not been implemented.
For the 500Kw line crossing the Project According to Article 10, Decree 14/2014/ND-CP, the safe distance for the discharge of the 500kV line to the top of the construction equipment is about 7.0m, for road vehicles (4.5m high) is 5.5m. With the current clearance of the 500kV line crossing the KH-BMT highway of about 24m, it meets the above conditions.
Localities present at the conference
Therefore, although the 500kV line has not been relocated at present, it basically does not affect the construction process. The current status of the 02 power poles on the 500kV line is that of support poles and support insulators (not ensuring safety when crossing the highway during operation). Therefore, to ensure the conditions for handover and put into use, ensuring safety during operation for the highway and the 500kV power line in compliance with current regulations on intersections between power lines and highways. The competent authority will handle the 500kV line to ensure that the intersections are anchor poles, insulated with double anchors and ensure safe distances according to current regulations.
Regarding the progress of relocating residential and low-voltage power lines, Krong Pac district is finalizing the relocation of residential power lines within the scope of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway construction project, striving to complete before April 4, 2025.
Currently, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee is actively directing the Krong Pac District People's Committee to urgently urge the relocation of low-voltage power lines for people, to overcome the situation where some locations on the road and drainage ditches have to be constructed at a slow pace and the situation where construction equipment moves and breaks power lines frequently, affecting the daily life of people using the power lines.
Based on the construction progress of localities, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long requested the provinces to urgently and resolutely urge the construction of key traffic works, promptly resolve some difficulties arising in the process of relocating power grid works, ensuring the overall progress of the construction of the North-South Expressway; strengthen coordination with functional sectors to strive to exceed the set progress.
