The Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command offered incense to commemorate General Vo Nguyen Giap and revolutionary predecessors.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation expressed their respect and deep gratitude to General Vo Nguyen Giap, a loyal revolutionary soldier, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh; an outstanding military man, the eldest brother of the Vietnam People's Army who made great contributions to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Colonel Dang Van Long, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province, wrote a memorial at the Memorial of revolutionary predecessors.

Before the spirit of General Vo Nguyen Giap and revolutionary predecessors, the Party Committee and Military Command of Tuyen Quang province pledge to be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People.
