Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh inspected the progress of items on the first floor of the Provincial Information - Conference Center.

The project to renovate and repair the Provincial Information and Conference Center includes 2 projects: Renovating and repairing degraded infrastructure and upgrading internal facilities and equipment to meet safety, technical and aesthetic requirements to serve meetings and conferences. The total investment for the 2 projects is nearly 30 billion VND.

Up to now, the infrastructure renovation and repair project has been 100% completed according to the design; the infrastructure and equipment renovation and upgrade project is actively installing equipment, tables, chairs, curtains, carpets, stage decorations, etc. The entire project is expected to be completed by August 20.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh discussed with leaders of departments, branches and construction units about the progress of the project to renovate and repair the Provincial Information - Conference Center.

On-site inspection, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested the investor and contractor to closely follow the direction of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc at the working session to check the project progress on July 28. At the same time, it is necessary to review all completed items; closely coordinate and urge the progress of unfinished work, in the spirit of completing each part neatly; relevant units closely follow the project, promptly and thoroughly handle arising issues so that the project can be implemented according to the set plan.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh worked with departments and branches on decoration and celebration work for the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Regarding the decoration and celebration of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to promptly complete the mock-up of the decoration and celebration inside the hall area; at the same time, select billboards, posters, propaganda slogans, and lighting systems in the outside area to ensure neatness, economy, and suitability, demonstrating the significance and scale of the events of the country and the province taking place in the coming time.
