Informing the spirit of the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Van Nien asked delegates to focus on studying, discussing, and continuing to propose plans to rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units according to the Central Committee's direction at the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

On the basis of the agreed plan, according to the working regulations, the Provincial Steering Committee will develop a Project to rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units and will develop a Project to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and collect public opinions before finalizing and reporting to the Central Government according to regulations. The work requirements are high, the time is urgent, requiring coordination and determination from all levels and sectors to implement it.
