Spring has come to our homeland and country. A new spring brings with it good omens and the nation's belief and aspirations to rise up.

In the full spring, joyfully celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), we are proud of the miraculous changes in our homeland and country under the leadership of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho. Through 2024, Thanh Hoa province has achieved important results, marking miracles. That was the year when Thanh Hoa's GRDP growth rate rose to rank 2nd in the country; State budget revenue reached 56,284 billion VND, exceeding 58.2% of the estimate and increasing by 30.4% over the same period, continuing to rank first in the North Central region and 7th in the country. In particular, new breakthroughs in the fields of energy industry, processing industry, manufacturing and logistics services, new rural construction, tourism economy, education and training, culture and sports, specialized healthcare, urban development... have been creating new positions and strengths for Thanh Hoa.

During the recent Lunar New Year, with the attention and care of the Party, the State and the province, Thanh Hoa people from urban to rural areas, from highlands to border and island areas all had a full and happy Tet holiday, gathering in a safe, happy, frugal and affectionate atmosphere. In particular, social security activities, targeting policy beneficiaries, the poor and vulnerable groups in the community were carefully implemented early with the motto "no one is left without Tet".

The year of At Ty - 2025 is the year of many important events for the country and the province, and it is also the year when the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people are striving to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Right in these early days of spring, the Party Committee, government, army and people of Thanh Hoa province have been taking action with new spirit and determination, striving to complete and exceed the targets and tasks of 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term; organizing and arranging the apparatus of the political system to be truly "lean, compact, strong", operating "efficiently, effectively and efficiently"; successfully organizing the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, creating a solid momentum with the country to confidently enter a new era, an era of national development.
