The goal of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam People’s Army places increasingly high demands on the work of advising and directing to ensure the military and defense of the entire army.

From the above situation, to build a strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and staff, the Party Committee of the General Department of Personnel and Organization identified a number of key contents that need to be focused on leadership and direction as follows:
