In recent days, a video has appeared on Facebook, receiving the attention of many people. In the video, a student is hit on the head and body by a man with a helmet. There are many students around who witnessed it.

Discussing the incident, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam An commune (Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province) confirmed that the incident occurred in the commune in the late afternoon of February 12.

At that time, two 10th grade male students from Cam An High School had a conflict and got into a fight outside the school gate. When he arrived at school to pick up his son and witnessed the incident, the father of one of the two male students rushed in and used his helmet to hit the other student on the body and head.

"After the incident, the leaders of the commune People's Committee, the police force, and the school inspected and made a record. The beaten male student was taken by his family to Yen Bai General Hospital for a health check. Currently, his health is progressing well, there is nothing to worry about," said Mr. Cong.

According to the reporter's investigation, on February 13, Mr. HVC - the parent of the beaten male student - filed a complaint with the authorities against the person who assaulted his son.

According to the complaint, while witnessing the fight, Mr. D. (the father of the remaining male student) not only did not intervene but also verbally incited his son to beat his friend and then directly used his helmet to hit Mr. C's son, breaking his helmet.
