The congress was attended by 120 delegates representing 362 party members from 26 branches of the entire Party Committee.

Ham Thanh Commune is a mountainous commune, with a total natural area of 440,064.29 hectares and a total population of 16,306 people/4,140 households. Of which, 4,222 people/1,258 households are ethnic minorities, accounting for 26% of the commune's total population.

During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of the commune have made efforts to develop and stabilize the local socio -economy. The economic structure has shifted positively towards reducing pure agriculture and increasing agriculture applying technology and supporting services. Production infrastructure and rural transportation have been invested in, creating favorable conditions to attract investment...

At the Congress, delegates approved 18 main targets for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, striving to increase the annual state budget revenue by 10% compared to the target assigned by the province; granting land use right certificates to meet the target assigned by the province; striving to reduce the poverty rate to below 5%; maintaining the national criteria for health ; the rate of people participating in health insurance is over 95%...

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Vo Thanh Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Ham Thanh commune in the past term. At the same time, he requested the Congress to continue discussing and analyzing in depth the causes of the existing problems in order to have drastic and effective solutions in the coming time.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department emphasized that in the 2025-2030 term, the Commune Party Committee will focus on key tasks. These are building a clean and strong Party and political system, strengthening the great national unity bloc, creating consensus among the people after the administrative boundary merger; at the same time, building a team of cadres with courage, intelligence, daring to think and daring to do.
