At the signing ceremony, VietABank affirmed that the omnichannel digital banking platform (OMNI Channel) is the premise to open up a comprehensive digitalization journey, aiming for a strong digital transformation goal. In addition to investing in improving technology infrastructure, the bank is also looking for strategic partners with leading implementation capabilities.
With experience working with many large banks, VNPAY continues to affirm its role as a technology partner, supporting VietABank to optimize digital platforms, improve customer experience and increase the bank's competitiveness in the digital age.
It is known that with the OMNI Channel platform, VNPAY helps VietABank synchronize Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and other digital platforms. Thanks to that, customers can experience seamlessly and conveniently on all devices, from computers (PC/laptop) to mobile phones and tablets.
In the initial phase, in addition to fully integrating the existing features of the VietABank EzMobile application, the OMNI Channel platform also adds many new utilities. This helps to "refresh" the user experience, promote digital payment habits, and support the bank to expand its customer base.

The travel feature group includes VNPAY Taxi, booking air tickets, train tickets, bus tickets and hotel reservations, supporting the "travel" team.
In addition, entertainment utilities such as booking movie tickets, sports event tickets, delivery booking, flower ordering and golf course booking bring a modern and convenient lifestyle experience.
