Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PGBank, stock code: PGB) recently announced personnel information expected to be elected as independent members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and members of the Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term.

The person expected to be elected as an independent member of PGBank's Board of Directors is Mr. Bui Vuong Anh. Another person expected to be elected as a member of PGBank's Supervisory Board is Ms. Chu Thi Huong. These two individuals are related to Thanh Cong Group.

TikiNOW was fined 200 million VND

The National Competition Commission ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) announced that it has issued a decision to handle the competition case against TikiNow Smart Logistics Company Limited.

The management agency has imposed an administrative fine of VND200 million on TikiNow Smart Logistics for violations in the field of competition for providing misleading information to customers about the business, products, and services to attract customers of other businesses.

The National Competition Commission stated that during the investigation, TikiNow Smart Logistics Company Limited actively cooperated in providing information and documents to the National Competition Commission; and took actions to prevent and reduce the consequences of the violation.

New move from FLC Group

FLC Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: FLC) announced information on convening an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for the morning of August 4.

Information from the meeting documents shows that the Board of Directors will report on the business performance of the first 6 months of 2025 and the business plan for 2026. The Group will also submit to shareholders for consideration the dismissal of Mr. Le Ba Nguyen from the position of Member of the Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board. Previously, these two men had submitted their resignation letters to the Board of Directors.

Novaland, DRH Holdings and a series of businesses were fined

The State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a decision to sanction administrative violations in the field of securities and the securities market against Novaland Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland - stock code: NVL). The fine is VND 85 million.

According to this decision, Novaland did not disclose information required to be disclosed by law.

Before Novaland, DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company (stock code: DRH) was administratively fined 790 million VND and forced to remedy the consequences.

The company was fined for failing to disclose information required by law, including financial statements for 2023-2024; explanations for profit differences over multiple periods and years; 2023 annual reports; and cash usage after bond issuance.
