According to the report of the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation, in the past 5 years, about 5,555 artists participated in creative camps, creating 19,157 works. Many works created by creative houses affirm their artistic value and influence in cultural life; in addition, they also bear the mark of new creativity, deeply reflecting the reality of the country and Vietnamese people in the period of innovation and integration.
This is the second time the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation has organized a Ceremony to announce outstanding literary and artistic works and projects created at the Creation Houses. From 2017 to 2022, overcoming many objective difficulties, the Center has successfully organized 338 comprehensive creation camps and 64 trips for artists to create in depth at 7 Creation Houses: Tam Dao, Dai Lai, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Vung Tau and Can Tho Creation House (Can Tho Creation House will start organizing camps from April 2022).

On average, 50 to 70 creative camps are held each year, gathering nearly 1,000 artists and nearly 6,000 artists in the period 2017-2022. This is truly an impressive number, affirming the stature and prestige of the Center in accompanying artists on the path of creativity.
In this Announcement Ceremony, the Center selected typical and outstanding works and excerpts sent by units to publish two books "Sowing Seeds 3" and "Sowing Seeds 4".
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Ngoc Khoi, Acting Director of the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation, shared: "The announcement, display and honoring of works created at the Creation Houses is a professional summary activity, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party and State for the intellectuals and artists - those who have been contributing to the vitality of the national culture, enhancing the 'soft power' of the nation".

"This is also an opportunity for us to honor the artistic work of the artists and the creative achievements of the authors. At the same time, it creates motivation and encouragement for the artists to continue to nurture their passion and enthusiasm, creating many works with profound ideological values and unique artistic forms, honestly reflecting the reality of the country, expressing the national spirit and the desire for innovation and development," Mr. Tran Ngoc Khoi emphasized.
During the exchange at the Announcement Ceremony, musician Sy Thang could not hide his emotions when mentioning his creative journey with the Composers. He shared that if many of his songs can reach the public today, it is thanks to the quiet but extremely meaningful companionship from the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation.

The attentive care, dedication and warm affection that the staff here give to the artists has become a spiritual support, fueling the passion for creativity. For him, it is practical support, a source of encouragement, the warmth of a common home where artists can live with peace of mind with their profession and their desire to contribute.
Writer Chu Lai, with his experienced and strict perspective of a writer, continued with a philosophical concept. He believes that entering a writing camp is first and foremost entering a discipline – the discipline of creation. There, writers, musicians, painters... all have the opportunity to separate themselves from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to let their souls loose in the pure space of art.

For writer Chu Lai, the creative camp is a place to stop, to be quiet, to let the artist’s mind cleanse, listen and filter the purest things in life. According to him, coming to the creative camp is coming to a creative community, where colleagues meet, share every idea, debate to the end, support and enrich each other with sincere suggestions.
It is a journey that goes hand in hand with the necessary solitude of artistic work and the necessary cohesion of a like-minded collective. Each person who comes to the creative camp brings with them their own "seeds", and it is in such a concentrated atmosphere that those seeds have the opportunity to sprout and become works of art.
Writer Chu Lai emphasized: Artists need to consider the days at the writing camp as a rare opportunity to put aside all the worries of everyday life, to meditate deeply and focus all their spirit and energy on creativity - as if it were an artistic pilgrimage, a sacred labor ritual of the creator.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee also acknowledged and thanked the cooperation, companionship and valuable contributions of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations , Central and local specialized Literature and Arts Associations, units of the armed forces, domestic and foreign artists in maintaining and developing creative activities over the past time.
In the coming time, the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation will continue to make efforts to innovate its content and methods of operation, improve service quality, and focus on building an open, diverse and modern creative space to better meet the increasing creative needs of artists. Thereby, contributing to concretizing the attention and care for culture, literature and art according to the guidelines and policies of the Party and State.
