The starting price this time offered by Vietcombank is nearly 39.8 billion VND, an increase of 9.3 billion VND compared to the first sale price in August 2022 with 30.5 billion VND.

The bank said that this resort is attached to land plot number 65, map sheet number 8 in Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai city, with a total area of ​​nearly 3,700 m2. This is a commercial service land plot with a term of use until October 2042. The origin of use is due to the State leasing land with annual payment.

The assets attached to the above land lot include a one-story restaurant area of ​​420 m2, a two-story restaurant area of ​​217 m2, a motel area of ​​425 m2, a security house of 19 m2 and a restroom area of ​​85.7 m2.

The expected time for the property auction is July 27, 2023 at 84 Pham Van Dong, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province. The deposit is 7.9 billion VND. The auction form is direct verbal bidding at the auction.
