The Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan route is about 11.5km long, passing through 3 communes of Hoa Lien, Hoa Son, Hoa Nhon (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city) with a scale of 6 lanes, a roadbed width of 29m. In this phase, the route will have a complete scale of 4 lanes, a roadbed width of 22m, and a road surface of 14m.

The project on the Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan route includes 2 traffic intersections, 11 bridges, 8 underpasses, 62 culverts of various types, and parallel service roads on both sides of the highway with a total length of more than 20km.
