[Video] Instructions on the process of receiving and handling administrative procedure records according to the provisions of Decree No. 118 of the Government

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - In order to effectively implement the reception and settlement of administrative procedures according to the provisions of Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on the implementation of administrative procedures under the one-stop, one-stop mechanism at the One-stop Department and the National Public Service Portal, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Administration Service Center has developed videos and guidance documents for organizations, citizens and officials and civil servants participating in the settlement of administrative procedures in the province on the process of guiding, receiving, settling records and returning results to organizations and individuals on the National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System.
