Priority is given to tourism accommodation projects with international brands and reaching luxury and super luxury standards, synchronized with technical infrastructure invested, upgraded and renovated according to approved planning.
The total project area is over 210,000 m2, with an estimated total investment of about 10,750 billion VND.
