In the recent period, many policies, mechanisms and solutions have been issued by the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, creating a solid legal basis and an important premise for the work of building and developing culture and people to achieve comprehensive results. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee have always paid attention to, focused on directing and seriously implementing the dissemination, dissemination and propaganda of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions on culture in order to contribute to creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life; regularly conducting inspections, supervisions, interim and final reviews to draw lessons, propose tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time.

The province has issued many documents to thoroughly grasp, lead and direct the building of ethics, working style, manners, and responsibilities of cadres and party members in performing their duties, creating positive changes in the qualifications and capacity of cadres and party members, meeting the increasingly high requirements in current conditions. Office culture, standards and codes of conduct of cadres, civil servants and public employees in performing public duties are focused on, awareness of serving the people, organizations and enterprises is gradually raised. Building culture in the economy is focused on and implemented. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee are determined and resolute in directing and operating; especially improving the investment environment, administrative reform, creating the best conditions for businessmen and enterprises to invest in economic development, thereby making important contributions to the socio-economic development achievements of the province in recent times.

All levels, sectors and localities in the province have thoroughly grasped, disseminated, organized the implementation, summarized and concluded the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party, and the directions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people. Many agencies, units and localities have actively and proactively issued mechanisms, policies and creative solutions on building a cultural life. Building culture and developing people have become important contents in the activities of Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; linking cultural development with socio-economic development, building the political system, and implementing social progress and justice. State management of culture has been increasingly consolidated and strengthened. The fight against wrong views in the field of ideology and culture has been implemented synchronously and effectively.

The material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improved and enhanced. The good traditional values of Vietnamese culture and people continue to be preserved, along with new features in cultural values and ethical standards of Bac Giang people continue to be formed and promoted, civilized and modern. The physical strength, capacity and intelligence of Bac Giang people have developed. Education, training, labor, employment, health, population, family, children and social security are concerned and have many positive changes, some areas are bright spots of the whole country. Human resources are cared for, trained, increased in quantity, diversified in structure, basically meeting the development requirements of the province.

The movement of “All people unite to build a cultural life” associated with the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas has many positive developments, many traditional cultural values have been preserved and promoted; the appearance of urban and rural areas of Bac Giang has changed significantly. Civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, and festivals has changed positively, backward customs and practices have been gradually eliminated from community life; many new models, good, creative, practical and effective ways of doing things have appeared in building a cultural life. The system of cultural and sports institutions from the province to the grassroots has received attention and investment and has been gradually improved. Mass cultural, artistic, physical education and sports movements have taken place vigorously, the cultural and spiritual life of the people has become increasingly joyful and healthy. The province has successfully organized and hosted many cultural, sports and tourism events and activities at national and international levels, successfully promoting the land, people, history, culture and socio-economic development achievements of Bac Giang to the people of the province, the country and international friends.

The work of preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage has been focused on, many tangible and intangible cultural heritages have been identified, researched, protected and promoted; ranked and listed by UNESCO, the Government, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Typical examples of "good people, good deeds" have had a widespread effect throughout society. Cultural exchanges and cooperation have been gradually expanded. The image and position of Bac Giang have been raised, creating a favorable environment to attract investors. The above results are the foundation and important driving force in socio-economic development, firmly ensuring national defense and security, and building the great national unity bloc.
