Tung Duong causes a stir again with the MV "Vietnam - Proudly stepping into the future"

The song “Vietnam - Proud to Follow the Future” was composed by the “billion-view” musician Nguyen Van Chung, arranged by young musician Le Phong with modern Dance/EDM material combined with violin and symphony orchestra, creating a youthful and solemn tone. As soon as the audio version was released on August 10, the song quickly climbed to the top 1 position on many charts and received the love of a large audience, especially young people.

Tung Duong shared that after the success of “A Round of Vietnam” and “Aspirations of Youth”, he realized the special appeal of songs praising the homeland. “Being able to sing about the Fatherland is a source of pride and happiness. In this MV, my team and I want to bring the image of Vietnam in peacetime, standing strong with the aspiration to step firmly into a new era of development and with great pride. If I have the opportunity, I will introduce it abroad to promote Vietnam’s culture, tourism, and economy ,” singer Tung Duong shared.

Musician Nguyen Van Chung composed the song in July 2025, when the country entered a period of comprehensive reform in many areas. “I clearly felt the transformation and strong rise of Vietnam and wanted to write a song to mark that moment. This is a small contribution from a citizen whose job is as a musician who wants to use music to spread positive energy,” he confided.

In this song, singer Tung Duong performed with many vocal highlights, not only expressing the generosity and soaring spirit of the Vietnamese people in the face of new opportunities but also showing off his "huge" vocal range in the soaring Si note near the end of the song. "When I sang "Oh Vietnam, I love the voice where I live, I love the land on the East Sea coast", I was really moved. This is the moment I am most proud of. I do not keep this song to myself. The MV “Vietnam - Proudly Stepping Forward to the Future” was directed by Vu Hong Thang – the man behind many million-view products by Duc Phuc, Hoa Minzy, Erik, Hoang Thuy Linh… The director said that the crew filmed on the hot sunny days of early August in Hanoi. The most memorable moment was the moment the whole crew stood at Ba Dinh Square during the flag-raising ceremony, listening to the National Anthem.
