Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, in recent years, the Party Committee of Sam Son High School has made studying and following Uncle Ho a regular and disciplined activity, and considered this one of the criteria for evaluating the quality of party members every year. The content of studying and following Uncle Ho focuses on innovating management work, teaching methods, training political qualities, and teachers' ethics, worthy of being an example for students to follow. Each cadre and teacher, especially the head of the Party Committee, promotes the exemplary role, awareness and responsibility in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; develops plans Specifically, register for jobs according to Uncle Ho's instructions, closely following the assigned duties and tasks. Thereby, contributing to raising the sense of responsibility of teachers and students in teaching, learning and training, creating a clear change in the quality of comprehensive education.

In order to effectively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the school's Party Committee has concretized the contents through educational activities such as: Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning; the movement "Building a friendly school, active students"; the campaign "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity"... In addition, the school has integrated learning into extracurricular political education content, extracurricular activities; organized competitions to learn about the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh... Thanks to that, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has attracted the active and widespread participation of teachers and students of the school. Every year, 100% of party members complete their tasks, the Party Committee of Sam Son High School has continuously completed its tasks excellently for many years, and the quality of education has been increasingly improved. 100% of the school's teachers and staff have qualified qualifications, of which 40% have qualifications above the standard. As a result, in the 2024-2025 school year, the school had 31 students winning provincial prizes in cultural subjects, 13 students winning prizes in the provincial National Defense and Security Education Competition for high school students. In the 2025 high school graduation exam, the school's graduation rate reached 100%; 11 students scored 10 points; 29 students scored above 27 points in all exam groups.

In addition, the Party Committee of Sam Son High School is also a bright spot in the work of developing new party members. From 2022 to present, the school's Party Committee has trained and recruited 62 new party members, including 56 students, exceeding the set target.
