The delegation consists of 12 members, including leaders of the Provincial People's Council; heads of the Provincial Military Command, Provincial Border Guard; leaders of provincial departments and branches and representatives of a number of businesses in the area. From April 3 to 10, the delegation will visit and present many gifts from the province, with a total value of more than 140 million VND, to officers, soldiers and people at 06 island locations in the Truong Sa archipelago and DK-1 Platform.

The Provincial Military Command is the central coordinating agency, proactively doing a good job of advising leadership and direction; coordinating the development and implementation of plans and carefully preparing in all aspects to ensure that the business trip is carried out as planned and absolutely safe.

This meaningful activity demonstrates the affection, solidarity and sharing of Thai Binh homeland towards the outpost archipelago; at the same time, it adds great confidence and strength to the army and people of the islands and platforms to overcome all difficulties, confidently stick with the sea and islands, stand firm at the forefront of the wind and waves, and firmly protect the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
