On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army on December 22 (1944 - 2023) and the 34th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Veterans Association on December 6 (1989 - 2023), this morning, December 16, the "Circle of Comrades" Scholarship Fund Council, including the following units: the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education, the Provincial Veterans Association, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command, organized the 15th "Circle of Comrades" scholarship award ceremony.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 79 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND to 75 students and 4 university students. The scholarship recipients this time are all children of policy beneficiaries, members of the Veterans Association and armed forces officers who have difficult circumstances but have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies and training.
Through 15 times of awarding the "Arms of Comrades" scholarship, the Organizing Committee has awarded 1,135 scholarships with a total amount of nearly 1.14 billion VND.
