Launched in September 2024, the competition attracted more than 24,600 entries from students from 260 schools and clubs across the country. With the theme “Green Ideas”, the competition stimulates students’ creativity, encourages them to learn about environmental challenges and propose solutions to protect nature sustainably.

The Jury selected and awarded 74 individual prizes including: 01 Special Prize, 02 First Prizes, 04 Second Prizes, 08 Third Prizes, 50 Fourth Prizes and 09 Promising Prizes. The Organizing Committee also awarded 05 Collective Prizes to units with many quality works. In particular, the Special Prize was awarded to the work "Green World - Green Future" by Nguyen Hoang Thinh, a 6th grade student at Hanoi Victoria School (Hanoi).

Speaking at the award ceremony, Danish Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Nicolai Prytz, said: “Young people play an important role in building society and promoting positive changes. The competition is not only a playground but also a testament to the creativity and responsibility of Vietnamese youth in creating a green, sustainable future. Through the competition, Vietnamese youth have another forum to express their perspectives on the country's green transition process.”
According to Mr. Le Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Climate Change (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), Vice President of the Vietnam - Denmark Friendship Association, since its first organization in 2016, the contest has always received active participation from students. Through their innocent and imaginative drawings, the students have shown their deep awareness of global challenges such as climate change, environmental pollution and, more importantly, their belief in positive actions for the green planet.
