This is a practical, meaningful and humane activity , aiming to share difficulties with orphaned, disabled and disadvantaged students at the beginning of the new school year; at the same time, it is a source of encouragement for them to gradually overcome difficulties, rise up in life, study to become good children and good students.

Also on this occasion, the Provincial Association of People with Disabilities - TMC commended the provincial art troupe for its high achievements in the 3rd National Singing Contest for People with Disabilities in 2025.
